Warren has served as Bond Counsel for various municipalities, counties, school districts and community colleges in issuing bonds, notes, leases, and certificates of participation, including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, limited-tax notes, tax anticipation notes, shortfall notes and water and sewer revenue bonds. In addition, Warren has served as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel in connection with bonds issued through the Mississippi Development Bank. He has also assisted private entities in various financial transactions.

Warren is a member of the American and Mississippi Bar Associations, Jackson Young Lawyers, the Mississippi Economic Development Council, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and the Phoenix Club of Jackson (organization supporting the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi).

Warren and his wife Jeneé live Madison, Mississippi, and have four children.
